- Ingredients: Radish greens consist of approximately 37% sulfuric essential oil with high mustard oil content. Proteins are represented by 2%, fat is present only in minimal proportions (0.2%). Otherwise, vitamins A, B1, B2 niacin and a lot of C are present. In addition, in the radish there are 4% carbohydrates, the minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus. In addition to bitter substances and pungents (in the mustard oil), there are also enzymes and hormones. Due to the formation of chlorophyll in the wax process, the ingredients multiply very quickly and increase the pharmacological effect.
- Usage: Raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herbal curd, dips or as a decoration of your dishes (super with Asian fish and meat dishes).
