Taste: The fresh green mustard has a sharp, spicy taste with a high level of spice.
Ingredients: Mustard greens contain many healthy ingredients, such as vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K as well as the minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur and zinc. It also contains 30 – 35% protein, valuable bitter substances, enzymes and, above all, the typical essential mustard oil.
Use: raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herb quark, for detoxification or as a decoration for your dishes (heavy dishes are easier to digest with mustard greens).
Positive properties: antibiotic effect, cleanses and strengthens the organism, drains, antibacterial, antispasmodic and expectorant, stimulating digestion.
