Unfortunately, for accounting reasons it is not possible to change an order that has already been paid for. 

Has your order not yet been shipped? Please send us a short email stating your order number.

As soon as your package has been picked up by our shipping partner (DHL or UPS), you will receive an email with tracking information. After one day, you will usually find the estimated delivery date via the tracking link. You will then receive another email on the day of delivery and again at the time of delivery.

Note: For data protection reasons, we cannot make any changes to the delivery of your order. However, our shipping partners now offer many options, such as changing the delivery day, etc.
