Dear Microgreen customer, in order to offer you the best possible and quick support, we have automated some processes for you. Please select one of the areas.

Order, Shipping & Complaints

Unfortunately, for accounting reasons, it is not possible to change an order that has already been paid for. 

Unfortunately, a cancellation is no longer possible after receipt of payment. Your order will be forwarded to our logistics partner immediately so that it can be processed and sent to you as quickly as possible. You can return your order within 14 working days if the seeds are still unopened.

The goods must be unopened and unused. You bear the shipping costs.

Please enclose the completed return form so that we can allocate your parcel and transfer the outstanding amount back to you as quickly as possible. You can find it under My account - Orders - Select order - Return note (download button).

If you don't have a customer account, you can verify your account and download a return slip:

As soon as your package has been picked up by our shipping partner (DHL or UPS), you will receive an email with tracking information. After one day, you will usually find the estimated delivery date under the tracking link. Another email will be sent on the day of delivery and at the time of delivery.

Note: For data protection reasons, we cannot make any changes to the delivery of your order. However, the shipping partners now offer many options for this, for example, to change the delivery day, etc.

Is there a problem with our products and you would like to return them? This is possible without any problems within the normal legal warranty. Please test your products within the first 6 months. We will be happy to help you with this:

Please log in here and navigate to the "Orders" section. There you will see a list of all the orders you have placed so far, with the "Action" column on the far right. Here you can select the button "Return" and initiate your return.

In the return form you will also find a "Description" section. Please enter whether you would like to receive a replacement or return the item.

We will process your request as soon as possible and get back to you!

Please have your order number and email address ready for identification! On the next page you will find the button "Return" in the middle. Click on it and follow the instructions.
