We deliver throughout Europe; shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment. For new customers whose headquarters are not in Germany, we offer prepayment. You can find the supported payment methods here .
We are happy to offer tax-exempt intra-community deliveries to other EU countries. On the checkout page, you can enter your EU VAT identification number (EU VAT ID) in the designated field "EU VAT ID (optional)". If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here .
For orders to third countries, such as Switzerland, we will gladly issue a VAT-free invoice after verifying your company details. The recipient of the goods or services is responsible for import duties and taxes. Please contact us here .
For larger orders (over 150kg), we are happy to offer pallet shipping. Since this shipping option is not standard but only available upon request, please feel free to contact us.
