How it all began...
Our story started with Christian selling fresh vegetables from his family's organic farm at the weekly market. Over time, he realised that many other products were neither fresh nor sustainable, especially seasonally, due to their long journey from Southern Europe. 🚚
He promptly researched regional alternatives for vitamin supply - and landed on the microgreen trend in the USA. The idea of being able to produce and distribute healthy and tasty vegetables regionally in less than 2 weeks excited him sofort. 🌱
Christian spent a long time looking for thebest equipment, suitable seeds and optimal cultivation tips so that his market range could be expanded to include the small superfood. The products were very well received - and at the same time there was an increasing number of enquiries as to whether one could not do it oneself.
