With this deluxe set consisting of two or three branded sprout jars from Eschenfelder, you can easily grow a whole lot of sprouts without soil. The slanted positioning of the glasses ensures that the sprouts remain fresh as excess water can drain away (avoiding waterlogging). Air also circulates through the fine-mesh sieve. You can soak the seeds in the sprouting jar, rinse them and let them grow until harvest.

Tip: Color changes in the stainless steel sieve are not rust (!), but are due to the essential oils in the sprouts. Strong yellowish discoloration can occur, particularly with fenugreek. These residues can be easily removed with washing soda (available in the dm market).
