Ingredients: Red cabbage green is one of the healthiest microgreens. It has a high content of vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and a large amount of fiber, important minerals (such as iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, zinc) and mustard oils. It also contains many natural antioxidants and trace elements. Flavonoids are another important component. These are mainly found in red vegetables and, similar to carotenoids, are widely distributed in the flora.
Usage: raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herb quark, with fruit or as a decoration of your dishes.
