The mung bean is probably the most common bean species in the world. It is very popular because of its above-average amount of nutrients, it germinates easily and can be used and prepared in many ways. Most of the so-called soybean sprouts are actually mung bean sprouts, why they are also often called green soybeans.

Ingredients: The mung beans are exceptionally rich in nutrients and ingredients. The sprouts or greens of mung beans contain 60% carbohydrates, low fat, have a high content of essential amino acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, niacin, folic acid and especially vitamin E. Furthermore they contain the minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus as well as fiber, growth hormones, choline and enzymes.

Usage: raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies or as decoration of your dishes, steamed as vegetables or part of wok pans
