It also contains fewer proteins and carbohydrates than other varieties. Instead the fresh green of cress contains a lot of carotene and above all a lot of essential mustard oil.
Usage: raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herb quark, for detoxification or as a decoration of your dishes.
