Nutrients of the varieties contained
- Buckwheat : is rich in vitamins B1, B2. B3, and E as well as the minerals iron, potassium, copper, magnesium and phosphorus. It contains 12% protein and all essential amino acids (especially lysine)
- Quinoa : contains minerals such as iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin E, as well as the amino acids lysine, tryptophan and cystine
- Brown millet : has a very high silicon content and therefore supports the health of skin, hair, bones and cartilage.
Tastes like breakfast!
All 3 varieties are mild and have a slightly nutty taste that is excellent in muesli.
Guaranteed quality
All seed varieties included come from organically certified producers in Europe (DE ÖKO 006). Each new batch is checked for its germination rate before it is lovingly filled into plastic-free bags by our logistics partner EVIM/EKOM and released for sale.

Note: In contrast to the other two varieties in the mix, brown millet has a longer germination time. Therefore, after 2 to 3 days, you can only see very little germination. The brown millet seeds are activated by soaking and daily rinsing and fit wonderfully into this mix.
