- Radish Daikon : Our radish consists of over 30% sulfur-containing essential oil with a high senogen content.
- Mung beans : These seedlings are particularly popular due to their high nutrient density with many essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
- Red Lentils : Red lentils are packed with over 25% protein and lots of healthy carbohydrates.
- Red radishes : These little powerhouses are characterized by their very high protein content, which is 30-35%. They also contain 4x as much magnesium as full-grown radishes. Their gently spicy taste gives every salad a special touch.
