Nutrients of the varieties contained
- Broccoli : is characterized by a high content of the antioxidant sulphoraphane, a mustard oil glycoside that is beneficial to health (up to 100 times higher than in ripe broccoli vegetables). It contains mustard oil and sulfur compounds (called glucosinolates), which are known to have anti-cancer effects.
- Alfalfa : has a very high protein and chlorophyll content. The delicate green also contains all 8 essential amino acids and plenty of minerals such as calcium and vitamins.
- Kale : contains a lot of iron and calcium, combined with many vitamins, such as vitamins A, C and K. The protein content of 30 to 35 percent is also not to be sniffed at.
- Rose clover : contains numerous different minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamins (e.g. A, B, C and E). Rose clover is also very rich in protein and chlorophyll.
Mild mix
All varieties included are very mild and do not have a dominant taste of their own , so they definitely fit into your favorite green smoothie.

All seed varieties included come from our organic certified producer in Italy (DE ÖKO 006). Each new batch is checked for its germination rate before it is lovingly filled into plastic-free bags by our logistics partner EVIM/EKOM and released for sale.
