Taste: The fresh greens of Pak Choi have a delicate, spicy taste that is reminiscent of Chinese cabbage.
Ingredients: Pak Choi sprouts contain a lot of potassium and carotene, calcium, vitamin C and some B vitamins, as well as secondary plant substances such as flavonoids and phenolic acid. Of course, like all brassicas, pak choi also contains a lot of mustard oils (glucosinolates).
Use: raw: in salads, on bread, for juicing, smoothies, herb quark, with fruit or as a decoration for your dishes.
Positive properties: The mustard oils make Pak Choi have an antibiotic and germicidal effect
