Taste: The freshly sprouted buckwheat (1-3 days) tastes mild, nutty and is the perfect addition to muesli, salads or all other dishes.

Ingredients: it is rich in vitamins B1, B2. B3, and E as well as the minerals iron, potassium, copper, magnesium and phosphorus. It contains 12% protein and all essential amino acids (especially lysine). It also contains secondary plant substances such as rutin (an antioxidant flavonoid).

Use: raw: in salads, muesli, smoothies or as a decoration for your dishes (great in combination with quinoa to grow it in the same jar).

Positive properties: appetising, alkalising, disinfecting and detoxifying, regulate cholesterol and blood sugar levels and digestion, effective against anaemia and physical fatigue, restorative, vasopressor and warming.
