Sunflower greens contain vitamins A, C, E, and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, and selenium. They are very high in protein (20-25% protein) with all eight essential amino acids and contain a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin, and chlorophyll.*
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
