Kale seedlings contain a lot of iron and calcium , combined with many vitamins such as A, C and K. The protein content of 30 to 35 percent is also not to be despised. Of course, like all cabbage plants, kale also contains a lot of mustard oils .
Delicious and versatile
Kale has a delicate, tart taste that is slightly reminiscent of cabbage. However, the seedlings are a bit milder and sweeter than the full-grown kale.

The kale seeds come from our organic certified producer in Italy (DE ÖKO 006). Each new batch is checked for its germination rate before it is lovingly filled into plastic-free bags by our logistics partner EVIM/EKOM and released for sale.
