alfalfa
Alfalfa can be grown as sprouts and microgreens and has a particularly high protein and Microgreen content . Its mild, nutty flavor is also great for young children.

Buckwheat
Buckwheat is suitable for growing as a sprout and is a so-called pseudocereal . Freshly sprouted, its mild, nutty flavor the perfect addition to any muesli .


dill
Dill is particularly well-suited as Microgreen and impresses with its well-known intense, aromatic, and slightly sweet flavor . It is packed with essential oils.
