Growing instructions for sunflowers

Many people initially have problems with sunflowers. To save you this, we have created step-by-step instructions.

1. Soak the seeds between 8-10 hours. (please no longer),
2. Use a bowl with holes and without holes,
3. Distribute your soil into the bowl with holes,
4. Put this bowl in the bowl without holes,
5. Distribute the seeds on your potting soil and water them shortly afterwards,
6. Spray your seeds with food-safe diluted hydrogen peroxide solution (I use 30 ml for 1 liter of water for a 3% solution),
7. Cover the seeds with a bowl without holes and place a weight on top (e.g. a stone),
8. Cover them every day and spray them briefly with your solution,
9. After a few days you can cover completely, as soon as the germs lift the cover a little,
10. Now only water it from below, the roots should now be long enough
11. To be on the safe side, continue to spray with your solution from above,
12. Place them in the light so that the seed coats gradually fall off.
