Growing instructions – beetroot, chard and spinach

Beetroot, chard and spinach are rather difficult in the sprout tower or sprout jar. The seeds have a hard shell and therefore take a while to germinate. During this time they can dry out in the sprout tower or glass. Therefore, we recommend that you grow these varieties in soil.

We would like to share our tips with you. That's why we've created a short guide for you.

Our growing instructions for these varieties

    1. Distribute coconut soil or growing soil in the bowl
    2. Sow seeds onto the substrate without soaking
    3. Add a thin layer of coconut soil or potting soil on top
    4. Pour
    5. Cover and place in a dark place
    6. Cover and spray morning and evening if necessary
    7. Once germs have formed, you can cover them
    8. Water/spray daily – depending on how moist the soil is

Make sure that the location is between 18°C and 22°C.

Have fun with your cultivation 🙂
