We top off the combination of winter lettuce varieties and our “salad” sprout mix with roasted walnut kernels.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 200g winter salad (e.g. lamb's lettuce, sugar loaf, radicchio, endive)
- Sprout mix “salad”
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lime & 1 clementine
- Some olive oil
- Salt pepper
- 12 walnut kernels
preparation
- Preparation : Prepare the “salad” sprout mix in a sprout jar .
- Lime vinaigrette: Chop 1/2 onion into small pieces, add the juice of one lime and one clementine as well as olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Place the cleaned and dried lettuce in a bowl, add the “salad” sprout mix and serve with the vinaigrette.
- Roast the walnut kernels in the pan without oil and garnish.
