    Ingredients for 7 tablets

    • 800g peeled buckwheat
    • 800g ground linseeds
    • 100g peeled hemp seeds
    • 4 red peppers
    • 2-3 stalks of celery
    • 1/2 tsp chili powder
    • Water
    • If necessary: ​​salt

    preparation
